This Privacy Policy explains how Libro Sport Ltd("Libro", "we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you visit LibroGolf.com or reserve a Libro. We are the data controller. Contact: info@librogolf.com.
What we collect
- Email address — when you join our list or reserve.
- Reservation/payment details — when you place a £10 refundable deposit, payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
- Usage & device data — via cookies and analytics/advertising tools, only where you have consented.
How we use it
- To keep you updated about Libro and our Kickstarter launch (with your consent — you can opt out anytime).
- To process and refund your reservation deposit.
- To measure and improve our advertising and website.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent for marketing emails and non-essential cookies, and on performance of a contract / legitimate interests for processing your reservation and running our site.
Who we share it with (processors)
- Klaviyo — email list & marketing.
- Stripe — payment processing for the reservation deposit.
- Meta — advertising measurement (Meta pixel), only with your cookie consent.
- Vercel — website hosting.
Some processors are based outside the UK/EU; transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data, withdraw consent, or unsubscribe at any time (every email has an unsubscribe link). To exercise any right, email info@librogolf.com. You may also complain to the UK ICO.
