Terms of Reservation

These terms cover the £10 reservation on LibroGolf.com, operated by Libro Sport Ltd(a company registered in England & Wales). By reserving, you agree to the following.

What a reservation is

• The £10 is a refundable reservation deposit — it secures your place and early access to our lowest launch prices. It is not a purchase of the product.
• It does not guarantee a specific price, quantity, or that the product will ship — those depend on a successful Kickstarter campaign.
• The actual purchase happens later, on Kickstarter, under Kickstarter's own terms.

Refunds

• Your £10 is fully refundable at any time on request — email info@librogolf.com.
• If you back us on Kickstarter, your £10 is credited toward your pledge. If you choose not to, you get it back.

Early-bird pricing

Early-bird prices and quantities are limited and offered on a first-come basis at launch. Reserving puts you at the front of the queue but does not reserve a specific unit until you pledge on Kickstarter.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability in relation to the reservation is limited to refunding your £10 deposit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
