We want reserving Libro to be completely risk-free. This policy covers the £10 reservation deposit taken on LibroGolf.com by Libro Sport Ltd.

Your £10 is fully refundable

• You can request a refund of your £10 deposit at any time, for any reason — no questions asked.
• If you go on to back Libro on Kickstarter, your £10 is credited toward your pledge.
• If you decide not to go ahead, you get your £10 back in full.

How to get a refund

Email info@librogolf.comfrom the address you reserved with, or reply to any of our emails. We'll process it to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days (timing depends on your bank/Stripe).
